PS Dental Studio
These SMS Terms & Conditions govern SMS and MMS communications sent by or on behalf of PS Dental Studio. By expressly consenting to receive SMS/MMS communications from PS Dental Studio, you agree to these terms. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving dental care or purchasing goods or services from PS Dental Studio.
When you consent to SMS/MMS communications from PS Dental Studio, you may receive recurring messages concerning:
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consenting to SMS communications, you authorize PS Dental Studio to send recurring SMS and/or MMS messages to the mobile number you provide for the purposes described above.
Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted by applicable law. Your consent applies to PS Dental Studio's messaging program and is not authorization for unrelated third-party marketing.
Consent is not a condition of receiving dental treatment or purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies depending on appointments, treatment, account activity, practice communications, promotions, and your interactions with PS Dental Studio. Promotional messages are expected to be no more than four messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges imposed by your wireless carrier are your responsibility and depend upon your individual mobile telephone and data plan. If you have questions regarding your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
You may cancel SMS communications at any time. Reply STOP to a PS Dental Studio text message to unsubscribe.
We will also honor reasonable requests to revoke SMS consent, including recognized opt-out requests such as QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
You may also revoke consent by calling (425) 485-0588, emailing info@thepsdentalstudio.com, speaking with our team in person, or otherwise clearly communicating that you no longer wish to receive text messages.
After your opt-out request is processed, you may receive one final non-promotional text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, PS Dental Studio will not send additional SMS/MMS communications requiring your consent unless you subsequently provide new consent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS/MMS delivery depends on your wireless carrier and other communications providers. PS Dental Studio cannot guarantee that any particular message will be transmitted, received, or delivered within a particular period.
By enrolling a mobile telephone number, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number or have authorization from the subscriber or customary user to enroll it.
You agree to notify PS Dental Studio if your number changes, is reassigned, or should no longer be used. You acknowledge that anyone with access to your mobile device may be able to view messages sent to that device.
Some text messages may contain limited information relating to dental care, appointments, treatment, insurance, billing, or other information that may constitute protected health information.
Standard SMS/MMS messaging is not an end-to-end encrypted communication method. By requesting communication through SMS, you acknowledge the privacy and security limitations inherent in standard text messaging.
Please do not use SMS to transmit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, highly sensitive information, or other information that would be more appropriately communicated through a secure method.

Do not use SMS/MMS to communicate a medical or dental emergency. Call 911 for a medical emergency.

PS Dental Studio may update these SMS Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our messaging practices, technology, carrier requirements, or applicable laws and regulations.
The current version will be made available on the PS Dental Studio website with its applicable effective date. Changes will not be used to expand the scope of SMS communications in a manner requiring additional consent without obtaining that consent when required by applicable law.
Prepared for website implementation. Because messaging, healthcare privacy, and telecommunications requirements may change, PS Dental Studio should have final website language reviewed by qualified counsel and its messaging provider before publication.
